d3bruts1d Posted May 29, 2002 Posted May 29, 2002 I would love to, but since I work for teh DoE, and some of the programs we're doing requires VS.NET, it's impossible to go away from Microsoft.... at least for me. TeValereJubeo Posted May 31, 2002 Posted May 31, 2002 linux will take over some day very soon i think, just have to spread the word... most of the people i know dont even know about linux they dont know anything except windows, even mac has faded out for most people! its sad but just spread the word and all forms of linux will be more widely used! i build computers for people, like my friends and when i build it for them i put redhat on it most of them get very confused and then i teach them, and they learn and most like the amount of control you have!
