I nabbed a 256 meg RCA MP3 player for $35 (brother payed $60 for a 64 meg one...), no other deals at Wally World.

ClayMeow Posted November 24, 2006 Posted November 24, 2006 I got a rock.... I was eyeing a 200gb maxtor at staples but I couldnt get a ride, I think it was $20 after MIR. I was going to get the same thing for my father, but wasn't worth getting up early and waiting on line. I waited in line at Staples last year for a monitor and picked up the harddrive they had on sale last year....all the hard drives went within 15-30 mins, so it would have been a waste of a trip if I didn't go at opening. There was nothing good enough that I wanted that would have gotten me to fight the crowds this morning. My mom said she'd stop by Modells later to get a $100 gift certificate at 15% off. That'll probably be it.

caffeinejunkie Posted November 24, 2006 Posted November 24, 2006 Nothing so far seeing as I just got up but that CFX3200 on the egg for $89 is insanely tempting.
bigred Posted November 24, 2006 Posted November 24, 2006 a headache that won't quit! I swear i was ready to start killing customers by noon. NO I will not match a staples price on that 200gb maxtor drive (which was AFTER rebates) with a 200gb seagate out the door. NO I don't have anything in the back... there is NO back of the store. it's like 4 telephone booths in size! NO I don't carry ink for a 16 year old epson printer. I don't stock ANY ink. NO my employee was not rude when he told you we didn't carry Dell's, you just asked him 15 times.
LoArmistead Posted November 24, 2006 Posted November 24, 2006 I went to Compusa last night for their 9-12 deal and got Midieval II Total War and a laptop bag. While I was there, I tried to mess up the Macs by opening as many programs simultaneously as I could... needless to say I failed
