Cannot connect to xfinity Hotspot with new ps pro

I cannot connect to an xfinity Hotspot with my new PS4 pro after using it for a month on my previous system. Here's the situation:

I have signed in via webpage to xfinity

I have reset my settings to forget network

Latest software version updated Rightmove

Says its connected but barely opens webpages

 

can't connect to my psn account Kijiji

previous PS4 connected to Hotspot and worked great

If anyone knows a solution or what the problem is please let me know
