hello,

hello,

I was just browsing the internet last night when my monitor (ASUS PG248Q) suddenly turned off. It now will not turn on at all.

I've moved the power cable to a different outlet several times, and I've unplugged the DisplayPort cable from it. I haven't tried an HDMI cable but I doubt that's the problem.

I have a feeling it might be dead but I want to rule out any other possibilities before going through ASUS' RMA process

is anything else plugged into those outlets your using to power the monitor? It could be a tripped breaker in you houses breaker box, but if you do have other things plugged in then yes the monitor could be dead.

First thing I would do is plug the pc into a different monitor or even a tv and rule out it's not the video on the pc.
