MasterCase H500 Released by Cooler Master

Recommended Posts

Today Cooler Master has announced the release of its MasterCase H500, growing its H-Series of cases. This new case is simpler in options and modularity than the others in its line, but does keep a number of characteristics, including its portability and iconic pair of 200 mm fans. Its front panel also can still be swapped between an acrylic piece for aesthetics or a mesh piece for superior airflow. The structured bar design of the top has been changed though, replacing it with a simple magnetic dust filter. A subtle handle in the top panel will allow you to easily transport it. Also the side panel has been upgraded with a pair of captive thumbscrews to make sure you do not lose them.

For those curious about what it can hold inside, it supports up to an ATX motherboard and for radiators the front panel can hold up to a 200 mm, 280 mm, or 360 mm radiator while the top panel can hold a 140 mm or 240 mm radiator. The CPU cooler clearance is 6.5 in, for those looking at a tower cooler.

The MasterCase H500 is available for pre-sale at Newegg today with an MSRP at $99.99.
