It was back in February when Ubisoft revealed the DLC that would be part of Far Cry 5's Season Pass, and now we have some release information for them. First up is the Hours of Darkness DLC that will take players to the jungles of Vietnam on Jun 5. This expansion will allow players to bring Vietnam-era weapons, including the M16, SVD sniper rifle, and M60 machine gun back to the main campaign. If those weapons are not enough, you will also have the ability to call in bombing airstrikes and a Survival Instinct feature that grants stealthy players up to four temporary perks. Two additional game modes will also be unlocked upon completing the DLC: Survivor mode removes weapons and increases the challenge; and Action Movie Mode lets you carry more weapons and improves the airstrike.

If you are not getting this DLC, the Vietnam-themed assets are still coming to you, in the Far Cry Arcade. Outside of the Season Pass though, it will cost $11.99 to purchase as standalone DLC.

Those with the Season Pass can expect to get Far Cry 3: Classic Edition starting May 29, four weeks before it launches on all platforms. Also we have a timeline for when the other DLC will be released, with Lost on Mars coming in July and Dead Living Zombies in August. July and September will also see Arcade asset drops.
