Many people found it difficult to raise their DDR4 speeds to 3200 MHz on first generation Ryzen, and were considered fortunate by some if they could go higher, but this new IMC will make those speeds much more attainable. For that reason, G.Skill has announced new DDR4 RAM kits targeting the new processors, starting at a speed of DDR4 3200 MHz. The new kits are in the Sniper X and Trident Z RGB series. The two sniper X kits are both 2x 8 GB with one having a tested frequency of 3400 MHz at 16-16-16-36 CL timings and the other at 3466 MHz with 18-18-18-38 timings. There are three Trident Z RGB kits, with the 3466 MHz and 3600 MHz only available in 2x 8 GB kits with timings of 18-22-22-42 for both. At 3200 MHz (with 16-18-18-38 timings) you have a choice of capacities at 2x 8 GB (16 GB), 4x 8 GB (32 GB), and 2x 16 GB (32 GB). All of these use 1.35 V.
