wildman2 Posted March 10, 2018 Posted March 10, 2018 Slapped everything in and it booted right up.And fast I might add.No problems with ram,hard drives,etc.The fan on my bass amp is way louder the that whole machine When the say bequite they mean it,it's dead silent..May or may not dual boot it with linux and win10.One of the things I may be purchasing to do stuff with recording MY bass will not work in linux or it would be all linux.Other devices will work in linux fine but wont have the on board modeling features effect pedals,amps,cabinets and a host of other stuff .Meaning I can do the modeling right on the hardware not the PC. .Making my mind up which OS to run is whats keeping it in limbo (sort of) for the moment.Will be running full bore in the next cpl of days. A nice new computer is awesome, but maybe a shiny new video card is really all you need. That way you get a larger chance to win what you are hoping for. Now that would be a major hassle to sort out.
