For a common interface hmi display touch, do you have any better suggestions?

Recently I am going to develop a new project, I would like to use a hmi display touch to develop a fun, practical home temperature control system, at the same time, I have to use arduino control board.

Now the problem I am experiencingis that it's difficult for me to find a hmi display touch that supports the generic interface while avoid the hassle of wiring.  so I have to resort to you.

Do you have any better advice on this? Looking forward to your advice!
