scr4wl Posted June 12, 2017 Posted June 12, 2017 Awhile back with GPU3 client the GTX 470 would fold apx. 14K ppd,.. the clients have changed so could be better now. You would need to run one for 24 hours and see what you get ppd. I am running rx 470's and a rx480 Quick google looks like one could do 250k ppd, is that right? How much fldc does that translate to? Braegnok Posted June 12, 2017 Posted June 12, 2017 My bad,.. was wondering why you didn't go for the 9800GX2 or GTX 295 cards running at 4x 250K you will do vary well,.. much better than mining.
scr4wl Posted June 12, 2017 Posted June 12, 2017 (edited) My bad,.. was wondering why you didn't go for the 9800GX2 or GTX 295 cards lol, I guess I'll throw one over and see how it does. How can I calculate estimated earnings once i know ppd? Is this a fairly accurate calculator? https://curecoin.net/merged-folding-profit-calculator/ Edited June 12, 2017 by scr4wl
ccokeman Posted June 12, 2017 Posted June 12, 2017 Looks like the two Maxwell GTX Titan X Cards are going to do about 890K points a day.

cchalogamer Posted June 13, 2017 Posted June 13, 2017 (edited) I bought my 390 from a guy here about a year ago for $160, games pretty good. Yep, sold that card for $160 and was sad the 290X didn't sell, well NOT ANYMORE, sold it on Ebay yesterday for ~$260+shipping. It was up for less than two hours. Now I wish I had started at $280 instead, but oh well still better than back in September or a few months ago when you couldn't give them away.
