From what I've read most Dimms will not run @ 3200 on the Ryzen yet. a Bios update will solve some of it. I was actually looking into buying similar GSkill memory for a Ryzen. It seems Gskill FlareX series for Ryzen is only rated up to 2400. Which tells me Ryzen really does have a problem with higher speeds. A lot of people have been able to get 2933 stable, but it's trial and error.

You can always run them at lower speeds until AMD fixes the problem. Though if its a memory controller issue, than a bios fix will not do much.

I'm running the AM4 compatible 16GB FlareX kit at the advertised settings (14-14-14-34, 1.35v, 3200MHz)

I've heard that certain RAM works better than others, which is why GSkill put out the AM4 specific RAM.

Yeah but those are single sided dimms (8GB) which have a lot less problems. the double sided 16GB ones have a much harder time running @ 3200. Looks like GSkill has 64GB 3200 Kits coming which is a sign things are getting fixed slowly.

I haven't seen any X370 motherboard QVL for 3200MHz 16GB DS modules yet,.. http://dlcdnet.asus.com/pub/ASUS/mb/SocketAM4/CROSSHAIR-VI-HERO/CROSSHAIR-VI-HERO_DRAM_QVLforAMDRyzenProcessors_0316.pdf?_ga=1.71674579.1746848192.1492482272

For now the maximum DRAM Frequency depends on the CPU and your OC experience. By no means will it be plug & play.

Sometime in May AMD will be pushing out BIOS updates for 3466MHz and 3600MHz kits.

I have heard that setting up memory speed, timings and voltage manually in Bios will work well. I hope in May they'll provide update to setting up 3200Mhz automatically

You will be fine,.. not to worry,.. the best configuration at the moment is 2X8GB Samsung B-die based DIMMs,.. and the worst configuration is dual-rank 2X16GB Hynix-based DRAM.

It's still early yet, considering AMD did not give OEMs final processors  until just the final two weeks before the platform launched. Performance has been all over the place as a result, but the latest uCode from AMD has improved things and they expect things to get better from this point on.
