wildman2 Posted April 27, 2017 Posted April 27, 2017 Braegnok, I'm not real fond of reference coolers 'running one now on the 6970 doesn't seem like it cools as well as it could.Really like the temps on hybrid ones.Both the pc's in house use corsairs (aio) units and I can overclock the snot out of the cpu's, when I feel like it.While staying relatively cool. (4GHZ on e5200,5GHZ on 3820) ir_cow, That Asus Strix is a serious contender would probably have to take the HD cage out to install though. Still not sure which one I'll pull the trigger on.Still researching the good and bad on a lot of them to narrow it down further .Temp power draw and price are the main concerns at the moment. At least part-time anyway for now and boy have things changed I don't remember it like this it's been a few years... Then it says "You are not allowed to use that image extension on this community." I'm not sure what I am doing wrong but I cannot get the image thingy to work on my end. Same thing If I try to post it in this post, takes me to a reCaptcha verification page, then I get this. -Edit- the only way I could get it to work was by going to the link from the url then saving the picture to my pc, then uploading the picture to imgur, then copy and pasting the link here.
