Follow the instructions for that, if you are not American, but want to have a say. Braegnok Posted February 9, 2017 Posted February 9, 2017 (edited) Net neutrality is bs there is no free ride,.. websites that pay should load more quickly and be in "Fast Lane",.. websites that can't pay should run at downgraded speed. By banning big websites from paying providers to pioneer ways of making there service faster, network innovation will freeze. This in turn will make networks less profitable for these companies and remove a reason for investing in network infrastructure. The internet has always been free and open, and the FCC can already regulate broadband provider discrimination of digital content.
