Waco Posted August 18, 2016 Posted August 18, 2016 So ignore that THRM ( thermal ) in first seconds ? Yes.
cchalogamer Posted August 18, 2016 Posted August 18, 2016 Looks like your card doesn't spin up the fans until it hits a certain temp, because of that something like the VRMs may be heating up before the airflow starts triggering the thermal notice and it stops shortly after the fans spin up. Either way it's no big deal, it's only a concern when it's the reason you're hot hitting the boost clock speed you want, not because it's bad for the card, but because it's not letting it run as fast as you want Here's a comparison of mine, though not 100% comparable as I have mine set to higher TDP and temp limits than stock. I was a little lazy and just cropped to the main monitor, might should have done a better job of that...
litwicki22 Posted August 19, 2016 Posted August 19, 2016 (edited) Ok but why pc restart is fixing that perfcap reason? After restart pc i get only VREL even with highest boost. So maybe its a bug? What you think? Second thing. This is GPU temperature it can be related to VRMs like you said? litwicki22 Posted August 20, 2016 Posted August 20, 2016 So RMA card because of this?Somebody said this to me:"BTW, I'd crank up the fan manually at 100%, and then repeat the tests: if it throttled again, personally I'd RMA the GPU."
