gebraset Posted February 11, 2016 Posted February 11, 2016 EVGA has officially released the GeForce GTX 980 Ti VR Edition, the company's latest video card aimed at gamers and those who want a stellar virtual reality experience. The GeForce GTX 980 Ti VR Edition is available with the reference NVIDIA cooler, as well as EVGA's ACX 2.0+ cooler that provides improved cooling, reduced fan noise, and better overclocking potential. Both cards come with 6GB of GDDR5 memory, 2,816 NVIDIA CUDA cores, as well as an internal HDMI connector that works with the included 5.25-inch drive way. The drive bay is really what makes the GeForce GTX 980 Ti VR Edition from EVGA shine, as it allows gamers to connect their VR device to front facing HDMI 2.0 and USB 3.0 ports. All cords that provide connectivity to the 5.25-inch drive bay are routed internally, so cabling remains clean and worry free.
