Kingston has added memory kits to two of the lines under its HyperX brand, FURY DDR3L and Impact DDR4 SO-DIMMs. The additions to the FURY line are described as a low-voltage option requiring only 1.35V. The FURY modules will be available at frequencies of 1600MHz and 1866MHz in dual channel kits of 8GB or 16GB and single sticks of 4GB or 8GB. The HyperX Impact is an entirely new line of memory utilizing the DDR4 standard and is described as "a great high-performance upgrade for notebooks, small form-factor systems, mini PCs, All-in-One PCs and Steam Machines." Impact memory will be available in frequencies ranging from 2133MHz to 2666MHz in dual channel configurations of 8GB or 16GB and 4GB or 8GB single modules. HyperX business manager Lawrence Yang described the new memory stating, "We are happy to have these new HyperX offerings for early adopters and enthusiasts of all levels who want to take advantage of the latest technology."
