bp9801 Posted May 21, 2015 Posted May 21, 2015 Last two days I've been helping my parents pack up their house, and I hate it. So much stuff to get through, put away, stuff in boxes, get down, and everything else. Plus I still have schoolwork to get through, so somehow I'll need to get that taken care of when I head back to my place later tonight. Won't be having to help my parents move as my dad is enlisting the help of some high school football players for that. Still, the packing beforehand sucks. At least it won't be this bad when I move out of my apartment since that's a lot smaller, but either way, I hate moving. And packing. That sucks. I've roped in friends before by promising to give them something from the house I don't want. This is why I bought a house. I HATE moving. Until you have to move again. Yeah, my folks had a garage sale last weekend to get rid of a ton of things. Older patio furniture, old weight bench, dehumidifier, and things like that. They'll have another garage sale in a few months or so once they figure out what to get rid of after the move, and also when the snowbirds arrive in the area. I found a couple boxes of things I thought were lost. Was way up in the closet like I thought, just had never been able to get down.
