More information is needed.  System specs.  If I remember correctly, the dual xeon boards don't overclock at all, but maybe a software will get a little bit.

I have a dual xeon rig and I have not seen clock speed settings in the bios. Please post a CPUz screenshot or report.
I am DUMB, okay? Dumb as a post! Think I'm happy about it?

Unless it's a Skull Trail motherboard I don't think it is going to be an option. I'm not sure of this either, I wasn't really into computers during the 771 and 775 sockets.

Depending on chipset/motherboard your using ,.. doing a BSEL Mod and bumping with SetFsb http://www13.plala.or.jp/setfsb/  or RMClock Utility http://cpu.rightmark...s/rmclock.shtml  generally works well.
