H100i cooler in a Azza Genesis 9000 case question

Hello,  I'm new the forum and have a question for anyone who has knowledge of air flow.  I have a Genesis 9000 case which has an inverted motherboard tray (an option that I chose for ease of access).  There are two 140mm intake fans on the bottom of the case and two 230mm exhaust fans on top.   I would like to add a Corsair H100i cooler on the bottom but I'm not sure if I should position the fans as intake or exhaust.  Currently,  the only intake fans are the 2 bottom 140mm ones but if I position the radiator fans as intake, won't I be pushing hot air into the case?   On the other hand, If I position the fans as exhaust there would be no intake anywhere in the case.

If anyone has any advice here for me I would appreciate it.  This is my first attempt at overclocking and water cooling but I want to get the air flow right.  Thank you

I use to have My Silverstone RV02 with the Corsair H100 on the bottom and changed the fans for intake. err I had the fans on the other side so it push the air through. Those corsair fans work best as push rather than pull.

As for adding heat into the case, it will be minimal since you have 2x 230mm on the top pulling air out.
