Minime 939 Posted February 4, 2015 Posted February 4, 2015 I'm running a Gigabyte GA-X58A-UD3R that is about 5 years old. I went into the bios yesterday and when I entered the MB Intelligent Tweaker (M.I.T.) the lighting (illumination) on the keyboard and mouse started to flash. It almost seemed like it was flashing everytime the processor speed went up or down. The screen doesn't flash, and I can make changes without a problem. Every other area in the bios is okay, the KB and mouse don't flash except in the MIT. Any Ideas?
Fight Game Posted February 4, 2015 Posted February 4, 2015 Is your keyboard or mouse overclocked?
IVIYTH0S Posted February 4, 2015 Posted February 4, 2015 That's bizarre but cool, can't say I've ever seen that before. Maybe someone else with recent knowledge of a similar Gigabyte X58 motherboard can chime in on their experiences
Minime 939 Posted February 4, 2015 Posted February 4, 2015 (edited) No the keyboard and mouse are at standard settings. Could the problem be a short or some kind of feedback? I hope I'm not losing my MB. Edited February 4, 2015 by Minime

Might just be a neat feature of the bios, who knows or just a strange bug. Either way if it only does it there and doesn't hurt your access to those settings, why worry
