This week on OCC Poll we are wondering what companies you would get your networking gear from? Is is Linksys or Belkin, or Cisco?

This poll covers anything from NICs to Routers, so it is a multiple choice poll.

Let us know on this weeks OCC Poll

I've had Belkin hubs and hated them, hard to set up properly. Currently using a Linksys WRT54GS WiFi router and it's been chugging away for years with no issues.

Where are D-link and Asus??

I use D-link DIR-655 as main router at my home.

And my CCIE prep lab (These are not used for home networking):

2x 2521
2x 2950
2x 2610XM

2x 2621XM
4x 2501
1x 3550

Switches + routers. All Cisco obviously.

Before I retired, back when I was setting up networks, I used 3Com before it went to crap - then Linksys. Cisco never worked very well, constantly failing, and, most other brands were just not reliable. Because I am on DSL I am now using 2_Wire - been running 3 years - never fails.

TP-Link

Increadibly cheap and has sourced me well. Very easily set up and has performed great and very solidly.

I can quite happily +1 this aswell, I've used a number of their products and they are amazing value and they work fine. :)
