It really depends on what features you need.
I needed ATX and Crossfire
I also wanted the ability to go SLI in the future, if I choose to.
I just purchased this one: http://ncix.com/products/?sku=76791 a few days ago,, I am just setting it all up now. Good so far. Tons of features in the BIOS.

I just gotta get into the gourd of the Asus lovers
On this one I give thumbs up to Ed..... The Gigabyte GA-Z77X-UD3H. Or if you can swing another $19 over your budget the UD4H

for $50 more you can get the Asus Maximus V GENE. It's a high performer and mATX.
Just a thought....the one dr.bowtie posted is good too.

Just been reading about bad RMA stuff about ASUS.
I am on my second ASUS board and it is good, but I'd hate to have to RMA with them.

I am very impressed with the Gigabyte Z77N-WiFi. It is an ITX board but really solid.
