Bosco Posted December 7, 2012 Posted December 7, 2012 Tonight Amanda takes a look at CM's Storm QuickFire TK Keyboard. It has blue backlighting does that mean she likes it? Read her review to see what she thinks of it: http://www.overclockersclub.com/reviews/cm_storm_quickfire_tk/

bishop245 Posted December 7, 2012 Posted December 7, 2012 nice review bad keyboard. I use my arrows and number pad all the time at work so they are a must for me. I also like the nice quiet membrane style keyboards over the klak klak klak of a mechanical. I used a mechanical one with my first comp for a while but it drove me nuts typing on that thing. CheeseMan42 Posted December 7, 2012 Posted December 7, 2012 Good review. I've got the QuickFire Rapid so I have the arrow keys instead of the number pad. I like that the keyboard is smaller, but would like to have the number pad. I guess my ideal keyboard would have the numbers from the number pad, don't need the math operators, and the six keys above the arrow keys. I really like the blue switches and would have liked the backlighting on my keyboard as well.
El_Capitan Posted December 7, 2012 Posted December 7, 2012 Much better than the CM Storm Trigger, imo. The Storm Trigger is too big for my liking.
Waco Posted December 7, 2012 Posted December 7, 2012 Much better than the CM Storm Trigger, imo. The Storm Trigger is too big for my liking. Except for the numpad and navigation buttons being amazingly frustrating.
El_Capitan Posted December 7, 2012 Posted December 7, 2012 Except for the numpad and navigation buttons being amazingly frustrating. Yeah, I do love the dedicated extra keys that usually come with keyboards: I don't use the arrow keys much, but the Print Screen, Ins, Del, Home, End, PgUp, and PgDn. d6bmg Posted December 7, 2012 Posted December 7, 2012 Very good compact design, and above all, good pricing by CM. And good review by BP.
