Im not very knowledgeable in tis topic. But what is the absolute best CPU cooler in the 0-50$ bracket? Disregarding any Price to Performance options..just raw cooling power?

I've seen Noctua NH-D14's going for near $55.

$50 is a tough area. Not sure. :dunno:

Hyper 212 EVO which costs ~25-30 (at max) beats almost all coolers available at sub 40 region. Not sure about the best cooler under 50.

:withstupid:

i have a hyper 212+ EVO on my i5-760, its at 4ghz and 1.3125 volts, never goes beyond the 70c when stresstesting, never goes beyond 64c when gaming. (most of the time it is 61c when gaming)
really reliable cooler, its quite big tho, if you have a mini atx or some sorts, i would suggest another cooler, if you have a standard miditower, you're good to go. :)

You can get the weeny out of the war, but you cannot get the war out of the weeny

Rest in peace my good old gtx 480, you deserved it

Thinks he has a weeny worthy of war.

Another +1 for the Hyper 212+ Evo. Got it for my system as a temp before the D14 and it's extremely impressive. Not sure what kind of stuff CoolerMaster did with it as it looks like any other coolers out there, but it's an excellent performer. :)

for under $50 the Hyper 212+ Evo is really hard to beat, a great value for use.

Find a d-14 for less then 50 and be for the win.
