At last!! One of most popular low-mid end z77 board. Saw many people praising extreme 4 everywhere. It seems not bad, after all.

so hiya frank, good morning, and thanx for yet another comprehensive review. with regard to the memory incompatibility, and without personally going thru the entire qvl, what memory would you say "is" the most compatible and most likely to behave properly in the overclocking arena...inqjuiring minds want to know...

#1) ASUS F2A85-V PRO+AMD 6800k@4.7ghz,Corsair H100,20gb Crucial Ballistix ddr3 [email protected],xfx7970 Black,2x128gb vertex4's raid0,2x600gb WD velociraptors,Sony OptiarcDVD rw,Antec1200 Full tower,Coolmax cug-950,w8pro64, gaming

#3) Gigabyte p55ud5+I-7 875k@2.93turbo, 4g gskill PIS 2200, nvidia gtx650, corsair h50, samsung f3 1tb, lg supermultiDVD, coolermaster 500w psu, raidmax sieran, win8pro64 clone, Sheila's office machine

Samsung based seems to be the highlighted brand at this point although I will re visit the board as time allows.

Z77 OC formula!! Would be looking forward to your review. And yes, Asrock is changing a bit. I got myself z77 extreme6 some days ago, and till now, I'm totally satisfied with it.

The brown pcb is a big turn off for me also
