This makes me absolutely sick to my stomach, we need to spread the word and help as much as we possibly can.

The problem is that they don't need money, they need an invasion force. There is a lobbyist we met only two weeks ago who is fighting to end the war in the southern Africa region. She has obtained a signature from Mitt Romney to promise to end the war if he became president. The struggle is that it includes US occupation. The reason why is that as soon as you kill one rebel leader, 3 more pop up.

No matter what we do, the ONLY way to end this atrocity is if we have a UN empire take over the area. The reason why I say this is because it is not just the L.R.A. it is also several other groups. A few years ago it was the R.U.F. in Sierra Leon. It has continued for years and it has been the same crime for years. This guys war crimes of the invisible children is not a new thing.

The issue becomes the lack of political power in countries like Uganda. Districts there are still similar to city states. This means that the military force is fragmented, and for some cities, the military power has already pledged their allegiance to rebel groups for fear of being massacred.

The world needs to help these places by helping to reform the government, not by throwing money and charity work at it.

We need a solid plan to end all the rebel forces. Not just in Uganda, not just in Sierra Leon, but everywhere in Africa.

Let me put it this way, I don't think Joseph and all the other rebel leaders are fearful of a few radio towers, but I think they would be scared crapless if we had a few thousand marines march in guns blazing ;)

I think if all that donation money went towards an army of civilians, I think the rebels would have been gone yesterday.

I believe that this is a great video, but we need to make a push to get our troops out of Iraq and Afghanistan and get into southern africa and just start kicking butt and taking names. Oh and for god sakes, when we fight a war can we win it for once. When we fight, lets just gas the opposing army and knock them out (since they are kids), go up, and shoot the leaders in the head, and then rebuild the country and GO HOME!!!!

Seriously all of this should have ended 20 years ago. The only people we have to blame for these atrocities are our own government for sitting on their hands for so long. Call up your congressmen and women to go to war with the rebels and win the war for the invisible children.

I'm of the opinion that we shouldn't get involved really. I mean it sucks for those guys, but we have our own problems, and certainly don't need to be going into more wars or anything of that nature. Seriously, we can't even help ourselves, it's kind of silly to think we can help others.
