The_Slayer Posted February 26, 2011 Posted February 26, 2011 Yeah, the only way to know for sure is by using something like the KillAWatt. It will tell you how much power your computer is drawing and some other stuff. I got one a few weeks ago and its pretty neat. I always thought my computer (i5 760, 5770 + 5750, 3 hdd's, 7 fans and other stuff) drew 400-500 watts, but instead idles around 120watts and maxes around 430w under full load.
