Alexandre Posted March 9, 2011 Posted March 9, 2011 (edited) it is a good contender behind gold #1 and silver #2 i believe Actually, silver is the best conductor...got the lowest resistivity of 1.59x10-8 ohm-meters - followed by copper (1.68x10-8 ohm-meters) then gold (2.44x10-8 ohm-meters). You can tell why they use copper, rather than silver or gold for a majority of the cables eh?
