Ati 4350 any good?

I saw this on sale for 20$ after rebate and the price is great

all I want is a graphic card that costs under 50$ to run TeamFortress 2 on medium/low settings around 30fps

this will be paired with an old socket 939 Athlon 64 X2 (T) 4200+ 2.2 GHz

 

is this card good enough to run 1600x900 medium/low settings and can this old processor handle it?

Edit: Try and grab a used 4830 or 4670, you should get one for around 50$ These will be able to run this game easily. A 4670 new on newegg is 70$

8800GT/9800GT's are often nice little jewels to find cheapish on ebay. That 4350 isn't much better than an integrated graphics card, it's more for an internet browser with no integrated.

normally I would not pick up a used card for my main rig but in this old clunker it would be perfect

do you think an 8800GT will be ok with a cheap 300w PSU though?

 

also, you think I could use this card for physX in my ATI computer later on?

I checked ebay and lots of cards starting cheap as u said, not sure how high the prices are gonna get.

so far I only ended up bidding on a bunch of toys... not sure how they got in my cart
