The case used at that time was a TT Armor Plus full tower. 1-120mm fan in 1-120 mm fan out, Mushkin 800watt PSU 120 mm fan out and the 200 MM side panel fan blowing in. Just about any well ventilated case will provide the results i received. With minimal ventilation the temperatures would indeed rise above what was recorded.
