Has anyone here opened up the modstream and switched the fans out? I have one and the fan is making a god awful noise and I want to switch the fans on it. I opened it up earlier and the only thing i can see i need is a 3pin male to 2pin female adapter.
If anyone has done this can i get confirmation that this will work?

Usually that works fine .. I did that on my pc power and cooling psu..
If the fan is loud you should have just rma'd it, because they are not supposed to be loud.. OCZ has such good customer support but I guess thats too late now if you already opened it...
