Anyone play around with CCFL light tubes for their case?/ I just got dual 12" CCFL tubes and I want to make the best of them for lighting my case up. I also want to hide them real good. I have the TT Armor case, so there is plenty of room, but I am not certain what the best arragement of the lights would be in the case.

Thanks for the advice.

i have a chietec case....i placed one above mobo......kinda on the back panel, and one on the floor of the cace, close to the side window....this placement works good for me as it throws off good lighting for the mobo to light up in uv colors.....

i'm about to snap somemore shots w/ my new powerstream if u'd like to see more.

yes the middle (old pic) shows watercooling while the newer ones show back to air, because of the watercooling overheating and frying my tbred 2600...... mobile 2600 is on its way, still debating on giving the bigwater another chance (lapped this time and rma'd pump/block)

i like the idea of placing them on the side panel itself so when u lok through the side window u don't see them at all while in the same time they light everything inside

Agreed. What I am trying to accomplish is optimum lighting without having to actually see the fixture itself. Take a look:

As you can see, I have a full tower, which permits a lot of extra space.

I am thinking of putting one of the tubes on the inside of the horizontal rail toward the top of the case and the other on the case floor.
