On the LP board, those diagnostic LED headers are there arent they?

Well, are the LP UT mobos the same, cept no physical header, or is it some circuitry missing?

I wanna mod those LED's in, aswell as a CMOS reset switch into my wood case 2.0. biggrin.gif

old thread, wanting to do something with this.. anyone? or am I gonna have to break out the DMM and do it myself? tongue.gif

!!! do not... do _not_ make a switch for the cmos reset thing. i made one, and it made me cry, it will NOT work. i have no idea why. my best conjecture is that the wire to the switch emits some sort of signal that messes stuff up or something *shrugs*.

all i know is that it doesn't work, at all. here's my thread on it:

You musta done something wrong because I have used a toggle switch before to clear my cmos and it worked perfect.. I dont use it now cuz I havent been flashing as much as I used to..

yea.. you would have to do something wrong.. no reason for it to not work. smile.gif and it works for many people. smile.gif
