Ok, I'm thinking about modding my psu; here's a cover that is uv, but the problem is how do i attach it?

Also, I want to organise my wires in my case so I'm going to buy some pet wrap. The problem is how do you remove the hard plastic covering on the psu wires? Here's the product and here's the guide that explains the procedure of putting it on:

You use double sided tape. But remember, using them will make the PSU like 1/8" bigger I believe.
