I see pics of all your cases, and they seem so neat and tidy, but mine just seems to have an endless amount of wires, and i cant seem to get them hidden.

Sure you can... jsut takes time.. use wire loom on pwer cables, round IDE cables re-wire your fans and route the wires up around the top or down around the bottom....you don't need a molex plug fro every fan, splice cables together and wire multiple fans to a single power connector...
Mkae your self a baybus, etc. etc.

for smaller wires, I wrap them in electrical tape or wire shrink wrap.....

Just spend time on it. It will not be a quick fix... patience helps....

I have wrapped all the power cables, and have rounded ide cables, just a case of routing them around tha case i think...at the moment all the spare cables are stuffed into the empty 5.25" bays, and all other cables are kinda shoved in there too

Ya I actually completely cut off a few strands of cables and I have a bunch od wires behind my 3.5 bay so you cant see them.
