A lot of times, people fill these threads with small posts just saying NJ man!!

Please, to avoid clutter and spam, accompany all replys with pics smile.gif

A_G, sorry if I screwed up the Bimage tags. I suck with HTML. Ill try to get em working.

Heres mine: Yes, its real wood. Its red oak, stained golden oak, and the back I/O will be fixed when I get ahold of a dremel.

i know you want them to look nice but you can scale them down and with Photoshop or other good pic editing programs you can reduce the file size by up to 80% without losing a lot of clarity and quality wink.gif

nice night shot too =)

Try Irfanview - it's easy, free, and works awsome at this kind of thing...wink.gif

Bought the LanParty for meself at Christmas. Gonna post more pics later.

OMG that is awesome, where did you get that??

Hope ya were talkin at me cause I gonna feel real stupido if not.

They are headrest monitors from a car stereo shop. Easy as hale to hookup to a GF4 or ATI with S-video out and dual monitor capabilty. Can use em as an extended desktop if you like. Get an S-video to RCA adaptor at da Radio Shack and you're good to go.

A Leadtek TV tuner supplied the Wolfman pics. Also got a color camera inside on Video 2 so when peeps look inside the case at the LCD I can flip it to show der face on da screen. hehehe. kewl as hale. Oh yeah, dey come with remote control as well. around $200 to $500 depending on screen size, picture quality, and aspect ratio.

dippyskoodlez - like da woody, sport one meself most of the time.

AG - Dang that Intel rig looks sweet. Can't believe I just said that. But dang it does!

culinist - dats a nIz az rig you gots. Love doze nIz big az Antec - Chieftec - Chenmin - cases too. lots of room to work and great airflow. Great pics too.

nVidiaguru - niz niz pics. love de cooling. color me green. noticed you got da side offin it. Does it have the same crappy airflow as my WaveMaster so you gots to run dat side buck-naked or you jus have off for da photo shoot? P.S. don barf on dat nIz new carpeting.

actually i somehow got it setup now when the side is off my temps actually go up.

Ive got 2 quiet 80mm fas on each side of my dual 80mm radiator, Ive alos added a fan to the top of the case blowing inward. Then since i dont use any pci slots ive taken out the covers and placed a 80mm fan there then theres the 80mm above that one, and finally my power supply has a 92mm on the bottom helpin remove some of the air. Its alot of fans but its still acually really quiet since there all low rpm fans
FarEast
well here's a few of mine,It's still a work in progress:

Monitor Mod (100% Complete):

PC Mods (work in Progress):

soundx98
nVidiaguru - thanks for the info. So the fan on the top acts as an intake not an exhaust. I may give that a whirl. I know those holes on the front are too small too suck much air in. Mounting an additional exhaust fan on the rear prolly is just what is needed to increase circulation in the case. gonna give em a try. thanks for the tip. Figured out if I swing open the front BOTTOM door I can drop my temps 6 degrees in a flash.

FarEast - w00t. lovin the monitor mod. The plexi looks sweet. Must a been a biatch to cut and finish. The Allen head srews are an excellant touch. and the LCD display is beyound kewl. Like da big az waves. Does it have the capability to display other info? And man o man thats a nice job on stealthing the drives. Is there some type of release on the front or using Drive eject to open it?
What is the opening on the bottom drive slot for? Kinda looks like an LCD may be goin in there. Using the top center fan for exhaust or as an intake (looks like a 92mm instead of the 80mm)?
Great pic of the case and the samurai swords. Really nicely done. P.S. Please send camera.
Booster
dippy - thats a great looking wood case smile.gif
fareast - wow that monitor mod looks awsome!!

I'll post some of mine later today.

Ok all you have to do to open the CD draws is to push the bottom right hand corner of the draw this image shows the graphic i made for the effect area:

Nope the bottom slot is for my monster 3.5 floppy drive!!!!! I can't live without one! Also I do alot of digital photography and the card reader comes in use.

The top intake is actually a 120mm Fan intake drawing air in over my raditator..... yes this is a water cooled system and that round blue hole is actually the top of the resevior!

Just finished reading the Project Zen Master thread.

Sir, that is truly a work of art and love. Thank you for your prompt reply to my questions.

Your little one is very cute and appears to have modding in her blood at a very early age. The wife is a knock-out as well.

Could you post a picture of yourself as well?

Was kinda hoping for some type of facial deformity so I won't be so dang green with envy.

P.S. Please send LCD (gotta work one of these times) hehehe

well...i still getting more parts in tomorrow, but here's my beginning stages of the Ultimate Infinity (more pics as follows, and none are as good as the Zen thing lol)

bought this black tubing from SVC a long time ago just never got around to doing anything with it. I should have used it on the Fortron FSP530 monster psu, but used it instead on the 350w Turbolink that comes with the case.

option in the back for an 80mm, 92mm, or 120mm hole. I chose to go the 120mm route mwahahahaha. *ahem*

front 80mm dual holes.

now lemme take some pics of all the junk just laying around that is going into it! more pics in a bit =)

Cardboard PC PIX coming as soon as I gte further on it! biggrin.gif

Takes a lot of cardboard to do those things.....
Angry_Games
here's the monster unassembled:

and a bit closer pic of the parts:

and the front panel of the case...the LCD is for case temps as this case has built-in temp probe (only in °F tho dammit). The red mesh grill is great...but why put that on here if you dont leave any free airflow behind it????

so me and my trusty dremel solved that with a bit of plastic cutting hehe

not shown is the Infinity NF2 motherboard with SLK-947U...but it will be going on the mobo tray under the CCFL boxes. All the fans are red LED, even that fat 120mm. I couldn't find a cheap 120mm that was built with UV-sensitive red plastic like the 80mm's...but the case wont have UV's in it so no matter. The CCFL's are both Coolermaster Aurora red 12".

the cd-rom is going to be black, as is the front bay controller's faceplate (i get 5 colors included tho, red also, but its going to be a 'red n black attack' theme since the laser cut fan grills coming are black also).

should be so red that it scares neighbors into calling a Hazmat team to come check out the place hehehehe. Taking this beast to Fragzilla to show off (Boise, ID's biggest LanParty on June 12th and 13th, which DFI is the major sponsor).

System hardware (can change at any time):

DFI Infinity NF2 11/27 or 6/01 BIOS
AMD Athlon XP-M 2500+
OCZ Gold Rev2 PC3700 2x256MB (i might steal the Buffalo BH-5's out of the LPB tho)
ATI Radeon 9700Pro 128MB 8x AGP
SB Audigy 1 PCI
Western Digital Raptor 36GB SATA
Western Digital Special Edition 80GB 8MB
black Asus 52x CD-ROM
black Mistumi 3.5" floppy drive
4x red UV w/ red LED 80mm fans
1x 120mm red LED fan
1x Thermaltake Smartfan2 80mm (or 92mm Enermax)
Thermalright SLK-947U w/neo backplate
Aspire X-Infinity red 350w ATX case

whatever other junk i can find to stash into this mother hehe

PS: case-mod.com upgraded that tube of Arctic Silver Ceramique from a 2.7g tube to a 22g tube for FREE!

Gotta get some more case pics up here dudes and dudettes.

Angry, FarEast and I got way too much time invested here uploading pics.
New Base on HO#2 powered off the USB. and some night shots I thought looked kewl..

PLexi-Base fo the Wavemaster
http://premium.uploadit.org/soundx98/nightshot.JPG

NIght shot with window off
http://premium.uploadit.org/soundx98/nightside.JPG

night shot of voltmeter and Turbine Fan. cools the snitzil out of south bridge and VGA card but whines way too much, on it's own shuddup biatch switch for when me head starts hurtin.
moved the dang speaker to the other side of case too.
http://premium.uploadit.org/soundx98/night...anvoltmeter.JPG

The other side of the case
http://premium.uploadit.org/soundx98/casepanel.JPG

The 92mm above the Raptors helps circulate air and cool the RAM. An 80mm exhausts through the top.

OK, here are some of my case pics .... These pics were took while I had the Asus a7n8x deluxe and leadtek Ti4400 in it.

BTW, got some nice pics going in this thread. Have fun!
AlvoMod
Heres my lovely PC. but this weekend ill show more pics about the new watercooling sistem on the chip (nb) and cpu

soundx98
geez, full two weeks and not a new pic posted. Guess everyone else is still working on theirs.

Couple of more pics of the HO in the Wavemaster.
http://premium.uploadit.org/soundx98/IMGA0198.JPG

I really like the case but if I open up the front bottom door the temps drop dramatically. Adding a screen for the 3.5 drive. That sucks air in for the 120mm. Also added an 80mm at bottom of case rear near PCI.
http://premium.uploadit.org/soundx98/IMGA0197.JPG

Here's a side shot. I positioned the LCD lower than the one in LPB. I moved the voltmeter up to the top. got to calibrate it. it's reading 0.2v high. You can see the side of the 120mm over the raptors.
http://premium.uploadit.org/soundx98/IMGA0186.JPG

And had to try it at 243x10.5 for grins. Gonna make that LCD read 2600 real soon. I'll tweak the color on it as well. I do have the overscan enabled.
http://premium.uploadit.org/soundx98/IMGA0181.JPG

Ok, here's a better shot of the 120mm. Can't believe my luck here. Got my hands on the super sticky 3M double sided tape (clear) and was able to use it mount (and isolate) the 120mm fan as well as secure the LCD so it was dead as well. Look ma no screws and virtually impossible to remove.
http://premium.uploadit.org/soundx98/IMGA0193.JPG

Forgot to add. Case temps dropped another 3 degrees with 120mm over the 92mm. Both CPU and 120mm are Smart fans wide open. cantankerous laughed at my old style doorknob in 1st and 2nd pic.
LoMbArD
guess i'll add mine to the list. . .don't kill me beacuse it's an abit, these are pix of my #2 machine, I am saving up for a smaller RAD so I can fit my wawa system in there and then I will move my LPB into this case, I have it in a monster full tower right now, I will try to get pics of that up later.

soundx98
geez, that's a really nice case. sort of got the "Doc Oc" look with the chrome loom. Nice work Lombard.

Oh sorry, just realized it's an Abit - now we'll have to kill you.
elts_drac
Here are the first pics of my new HO-Party. The case is an iCute Model #0301, also sold as Raidmaxx or Trimaxx.

soundx98
w00t! Time for the every two week bump!

Like with over 300 members we should have a lot more cases posted here. Get to work people! Start sending pics.

DO NOT! I REPEAT, DO NOT USE ELTS_DRAC CAMERA! hehehe, just teasing elts

If nothing else, just read through Far East's posts one more time. Some of the finest work you will ever see. smile.gif

All I got to use is my webcam. i told my Mom to bring the Minolta digital I got her, but every times she comes up to visit me she forgets. I'll be getting one of my owm as soon as things smooth out @ work.

soundx98
BSOD - nothin to thank me for. You just sounded like you were ready for some speed. LOL

http://server6.uploadit.org/files/bsod169-1.JPG

Nice work but a caption or two may help. I see a watercooled CPU, GPU, and NB. Pretty dang cool. hehehe.

Custom made window looks really good as well. (I can see just a little glitch in the upper left corner. Barely noticable, and far better than I could do!)

Hope you take this as constructive criticizm, but there is a lot of stuff on that ONE molex. VGA card, HDD, couple of CCFLs, and some other stuff. May want to invest in a couple splitters and an extention or two. Spend some time re-routing some of them wars and you can prolly improve air flow in the case.

Nice work, youngest member!

Oh yeah, the period things and comma dealys again, need to keep workin on it.
soundx98
Pulled the OCZ 520 PSU out of LanParty and put it in HO#2 instead of the Antec 480 TrueBlue.

Had to add a little sleeving 1st
UV Green Sleeves on the P4 and SATA leads
Flurescent Orange "flaging tape" wrapped on 12v/5v molexes
http://premium.uploadit.org/soundx98/IMGA0311.JPG

Then I decided to move the 12V meter to top (back) of the HIS X800 card
It Already had a huge piece of Aluminum cooling the memory
http://premium.uploadit.org/soundx98/IMGA0313.JPG

So it looks like this with the side off
http://premium.uploadit.org/soundx98/IMGA0318.JPG

or from this angle you can see the green 92mm I added at bottom of case
http://premium.uploadit.org/soundx98/IMGA0320.JPG

Yes, this is the one that wouldn't go over 250. hehehe
http://premium.uploadit.org/soundx98/2630.JPG

Not 3D stable yet but I'm gonna keep trying. Wish me luck!

EDIT: OK - I got it stable. Prime 95 and 3D01 and 3D03. w0000000000000000t!
wez
Here is my case, i just got it done, only some fine tuning left wink.gif
CPU is cooled by a VapoChill, the NB and GPU is cooled by water.
A friend of mine that works on a car styling company has painted it,
sky blue metallic ohh yea biggrin.gif

soundx98
Nice lookin rig Wez!

Your bud did an awesome job on those faceplates and DVD-Rom.

what are the six toggle switches and LEDs for?

Thanks for sharing it with us!
THunDA
Ok here are some pics of my rig.. far from being as pretty and sexy as all yours..lol but it gets the jobs done.. Im actually looking into a new case very soon wink.gif

Here is one from the front side.. there's a 120mm in the top blow hole and side door ..

Here is one from the back.. I cut out all the fan grills front and back for better air flow.. and there is also that 92mm fan on the side panel which is cooling backside of the mobo where the cpu is.

This is one when I modded the mobo tray for the behind the mobo tray fan.. wink.gif

to be continued.... biggrin.gif

edited..

fixed pics.. tongue.gif
THunDA
And this is the inside.. you can see my new addition is copper sinks for my bh5.. hehe dont know if it helped but sure looks cool..lol

Two more closer shots of the rams sinks..

And last is with my 6800gt installed after her new acrtic cooler nv5 was slapped on..

Well thats it.. Once I get my new case Ill be able to make it cleaner.. This one doesnt leave me much room for running the wires behind the mobo tray and stuff.. I rather wait till I have a better one, for now most stuff is outta the way.. wink.gif
dippyskoodlez
NB =)

Take that grill off your tornado and the sound will lower a bit, and temps should get a *slight* boost wink.gif

My fan grill made a nice whining noise, so I took it off. I'd imagine airflow would get a small boost too.
THunDA
Thanks Ill give that a shot.. Every *slight* bit helps biggrin.gif
FDM
I realized I never posted up my DFI system in here. I have it in various stages, air cooled and water cooled. Ignore the wiring nightmare, I have never been one on pretty looking wiring. When I find the cable to my camera I could post up recent pics (abit) if anyone was interested.
