asus A7N266-VM with geforce2 intergrated graphics and soundstorm audio modded to jumperless.
my spare 80Gb WD caviar SE
my old cooljag heatsink

need to get a new bios chip for it as soon as i get the money, then it will be set!
BTW this MB absoulty HATES mobile cpus and ATI cards, if you use either it hard locks it at 100x6=600Mhz, even a clockgen cant change it :\.
doing some work on the front panel, gotta replace the ATX switch and power LED. and FTR this was the same old case i had when i was having fun with the K6-2 500 @ 600Mhz on the M599LMR :

When I tried to get one of my 950mhz athlons running, the 250w psu I was using released its smoke . lol

lol, this psu will be fine, its what i had when (OMG I JUST THOUGHT OF SOMETHING) i had my ECS K7S5A and XP-M 2200+ at 2.5Ghz. which brings me to my OMFG thingie, i was using a peice of crap PSU, i bet that was what limited me and in turn with my setup now i BET i could get Much better (2.6Ghz mabye ). why oh why did i have to kill it :sad:

Man, I messed up bad.

I just had the debris removal crew haul off several dozen storm damaged computers from the office today.

I never even though about taking a pic of any of them. What a waste!

One high end server got blasted out of the rack it was installed in. We found it four blocks away from where it was originally installed. It looked like it had been tossed out the back of a truck going down the interstate.

The amazing thing was that we sent the drive cage and controller off to a recovery service and they were able to get all of the data off the RAID-5 array.

We haven't had much luck recovering data from Katrina damaged rigs. It seems the salt water really does a job on them.

I had one Shuttle box come in and the owner said it was never underwater. When I got to his former office I found the building had been moved about thirty feet. It was still intact but the front steps were now behind the building. I opened the case and it was full of styrofoam insulation pellets and finely ground pine needles.

Finally, I finished up one of my new rigs. Hope you guys like it. Let me knowz whats ya thinks. Much appreciated.

just gotta figure out what to do with that huge clump at the top (pic 5).... is there anywhere that sells a pci usb controller that just has the internal pins, or atleast 3 sets of them.. i really don't feel like splicing them all together into 1

Beautiful case but with all the ventilation holes on front and rear it's hardly quiet.
At 3.1 GHz now and I'll throw up some benches later.

ive spent the last 2 weeks spending and building me a new rig from scratch (£1100 ive put into it so far, dont tell the mrs ) and is my first watercooling set up which im loving :nod:

most specs in sig, WC set up is:

Nice looking stuff for everyone, Roadie, the DFI box set up, well reminds me of my roots, when building a SLI-DR comp, , I think you should enter the DFI box comp, into a modding contest , sound, your set up always have that class, the upside down duel fan set up is nice, we seem to have the same 120mm fans . Tats, looking good, I would change the cd drives, because your set up is very pretty (yes I used pretty O_O) and the beige is killing the contrast.

You might have noticed that a lot of forum members are using the NEC opticals. The current version is the ND-3540A which comes in silver. They are usually available for around $40.00USD at newegg and other fine e-tailers.

Out of the hundreds that I've used only two have needed an RMA.

Love that rig oliveryochest and soundx98. My rigs start off looking good then end up like thunders quick. Might have to get one of thos good cases one of these days. One like Thunders that is dint want to be too much of a poser you know

It's completely passive.
No fan is used for this machine.

Well, I finially finished my machine last week,

I haven't been arround to post up a pic, I went for a Clear acrylic case when I upgraded my shatty ol P4 2.8 to a 3.6, I love the UV look so I decided when I upgraded to my current rig I would keep it.

All done and finished, I got exactly what I paid for, I am pleased I chose DFI, this forum if not 'THE' reason was one of the main factors of buying DFI.

Sorry for the links, but I haven't sized them at 800/600

My room temperature is about 20C and the CPU CORE Temperature is 38C under full load.
The CHIP SET Temperature is about 60C.
I don't remember the PWM AREA Temperature, but I think it was not as hot as the chipset.
All the temeratures above are read in BIOS.

Nothing.
I don't think there is a case to fit it in.

I remember seeing Enzo's machine a long time ago, dunno where though hahaha, yah the heatsink gets me every time. . How much one of those babies cost? Can't understand jap O-o.

The big black heatsink is 23100 yen.

Updated a few things lately. G Power pro cooler and Akasa fan controller amongst others. Took the whole thing to bits and re cabled it all as well. Much neater than before

I designed the color scheme after the Titans' Gundam Mk-II from the anime series "Kidou Senshi Zeta Gundam". :nod:

There may be a few things left to do. I want to paint the drawer fronts on the CD/DVD drives, but I don't want to cover up the logos, it would look weird just a plain solid color. Is there a way to put some kind of decal on there or a stencil or something?

I feel inadequate next to most of the other case mods here. ;_;
