I just bought JRW21's Rosewill R114A Tower, gonna see how hackable it is and go from there. It's got a side window, which I personally loath, so I suppose it's going to be neater than usual.

the inside of that looks really clean man and you don't even have a window. Do they make a windowed side panel for that case?
Heh thanks

No, I don't think they do. The side panels are made up of three layers (noise reduction). I had a heavily modded Antec PlusView 1000AMG before this case (with UV lights, fans and all lol), but I got tired of the noise and lights. Now, I'm going for a VERY silent, sleek/stýlish looking setup, so a windows is out of question.

and no, there is no DVD-RW drive or any optical drive. It is built purely for gaming and it pulls all images for cd/dvd either over the network, or via USB 2.0 external enclosure that houses an NEC 3550A DVD-RW 16x
Looks great, but no Tyee? travis, I'm confused..

Nice job, I noticed that the plastic piece that holds the fillport in has fallen down to the t-line
that's on purpose...with that piece screwed on to the fillport, the fillport head won't fit up between the case wall and the psu
with it unscrewed, the fillport head is much thinner, which means you can easily lodge the fillport head up there and not have to 'tie' it to anything etc (since we generally don't drill the fillport holes on the case)

I kind of thought that was on purpose in a Happy_Games kind of way!

I almost ran into that problem with my case... lol

my camera is kinda bad, bought it 2 years ago for like 100$, but I think it's ok tho for being that cheap =p.
Here is my rig:

It's VERY crowded =P, I wanted to have everything in my case so I have 2 small radiators instead of 1 big.

I got direct cooling on the memory using zalman fan bracket

You may wonder if I dont got any harddrives, but I got 2 harddrives on the 5 1/4 bay using A fan controller and a Zalman heatpipe harddisk cooler. I was going to remove the whole harddrive plate at first so I could fit my radiator and pump a little better, but then I thought it might be a good place putting all my wires behind so thats why I haven't removed the whole thing

This is my 3dmark05 scores on everything stock. haven't had too much time ocing it, and my psu is quite weak so..

What you think, any thoughts?
Thanks.

Yeah they are in the DVD trays, I dont think mines overheating, just downloaded a temp montior program, and the ones that in the Zalman heatpipe (
http://www.zalman.co.kr/eng/product/view.asp?idx=49&code=019)
Is only 34 degrees Celsius and completly soundless!, the ones that in the Fan controller (Cooler Master's "Cooldrive 4") gets around 40C~ and is almost soundless. So I guess its OK =).

As u can see i dont use my Fan controller now, it started to acting wierd. Had to shut down the alarm everytime I started my computer, so i grew tired of it and now i use my motherboard as fan connectors instead =P now I just have it becouse its nice looking car-stereo style and to have my HDD in, And for my other HDD on top, u can see the rubber standoff on the zalman heatpipe cooler keeping the drive absolutley viberaton free, And I have a gap between HDD - DVDDrive so the HDD can get some fresh air, that probably explains the temperature diffrence of the drives.

those Zalman HDD coolers are awesome; I've got a pair on my Seagate SATA II 320GB drives and they're awesome. Completely soundless and 36C (36C with PRT!). granted, these coolers can be a little annoying to install sturdily enough so that I'm happy with them, but it was only a minor annoyance (you can see on Sefiruz's pic how the little rubber guys are hard to get to stay straight; they tend to sag with the weight of the drive). They are also, incidentally, a VERY cool color. =D my $.02

Heh thanks, I kinda regret that i bought the UV cold cathodes, becouse the stuffs in my case weren't UV reactive enough (like my UV reactive water, but I think it has a neat color tho), the only thing that is really UV reactive is my SATA data cabel (and a little on the 120mm fans) ;P, So I have the cathodes disabled for now.. I just wanted a complete green computer from the beginning. now it differs from Green/blue and red eyes =p

Heres mine updated with new hardware in the same old Lian Li PC65.
Same angle with light on.
Same side shot with light on kinda blurry camera focused on the rear lights.
Orginally thought I would have a problem with space between the rear of the video card and the radiator if I bought the Swiftech Radbox so I made my own wannabe "radbox" from the removeable bottom harddrive cage of the case but I realized it didn't matter which port you would plug into and I upgraded to a new monitor too so no need for a vga to dvi adaptor.
The first few days I had no fans under the video card and I noticed the volt regs on the card would hit 80c from what ATI Tool would say so I put in 2 80mm fans that came with the Lian Li case, very quiet and works well it also cools the rams this way too. I wish I could some how clean up the wiring a bit, having the Digital Doc 5 to monitor 8 parts of the case made it look messy and I tried my best to hide most of the wires on the top right corner. I also have a 60x25mm (I think) delta fan over the digital pwm connected to my fan controller to keep that cool.
