I need info on how many watts this pc would use, and what psu you recommend for this, guys!

Antec truepower quattro 1000 watt is pretty cheap, but I forgot what site I saw it on. It is around 250 on newegg, and it was 150 on some other site.

Edit: Buy.com has it for 170 with google check out. Heres the link.

Double edit: The 850 one is at 140 with google check out. Both are modular and are great products. I have the 1000 watt version.

There are plenty of good options (for very reasonable - good prices). Any of these would get a vote from me (with the top two being my first choices):

PCP&C Silencer 610

PCP&C Silencer 750

Corsair 650TX

Corsair 620HX

you probably only need about 350 quality watts... so buy the highest quality PSU at like 500W or more in case you want to add stuff or upgrade the CPU or whatever... emphasis on quality over quantity

Does FedEx deliver where you are?

From the PCP&C website it looks like shipping is free, even when I chose Sweden. (!!) I have no idea what fedex connect is, but fedex international is $30 (that might be the option for you)

The deals aren't quite as good as newegg...however... $120-150 (USD) for a solid power supply is money well spent.

https://shop.pcpower.com/power-supply/silen...610-eps12v.html (they have a shipping calculator on the right)

What are typical store prices for power supplies in your area?

More specifically, I live in Gothenburg.

I ask about fedex in sweden and they reply:

"FedEx, isn't it that thingy in USA?"
"Huh?"
"Umm, a new cartoon character?"

Example: 750W Corsair CMPSU-750TXEU costs 840SEK.

EDIT: Yes, FedEx actually delivers, but i don't need it. a local store called Inet allow you to pick it up. smile.gif

Do you know what they stock? Or can they order in for you?

If they stock the whole Corsair range (assuming that's where you took your example from), the the VX450 or VX550 would be good choices.

They have a website, and amazingly, buying in the website is cheaper. The corsair range is:

450W Corsair CMPSU-450VXEU
520W Corsair CMPSU-520HXEU
550W Corsair CMPSU-550VXEU
620W Corsair CMPSU-620HXEU
650W Corsair CMPSU-650TXEU
750W Corsair CMPSU-750TXEU
1000W Corsair CMPSU-1000HXEU

I'll grab a quote from another thread because it's also relevant here:

* don't get an nVidia board if you aren't running SLI
* don't get 750i if you are running SLI
* don't get an SLI board with the thought of getting SLI "in the future", unless that means by next pay day or sooner

And if you're not running two cards or more, you won't need a 750W PSU. smile.gif
The Abit IP35 option in the OP looks like the more sensible choice to me.
PeterStoba
SATA DVD-RW too!
