Hey i was just thinking that it would be cool if someone made a mod with the intel stock CPU heatsink and fan for cooling your system better. A lot of people have one of them just laying around since they upgraded to after market heatsinks. I'm not great at designing case mods but if anyone wants to give it a shot and post what they did that would be very helpful. The Heatsink may be hard to use but you could take the fan off and just use that. Anyway just a thought i had.

With copper prices getting higher and higher I may take all mine to the scrap yard...

I've found several hundred pounds at our scrap yard. And who knows how much the others have found. No idea how many tons that have been melted in the furnace.

the intel stock heatsink only has a small copper base though...

anyway, if you wanted to go crazy then I would suggest modding the heatsink to be used on a video card. LOL, jk, that thing would probably snap a video card and it would take up too much space. if you have the right tools, you could cut it up and use it as a heat sink for your north bridge. I honestly do not like that stock heatsink but these are just some ideas...
