Hi, first time at the OCC. My brother FireonIce is a butthole and told me to fix it myself. Recently i downloaded some stuff, like an idiot and I got some nasty viruses and stuff. Now on Mozilla I can't Google anything and many web pages do not show up like worldofwarcraft.com and a few others. This has been persisting for about 2 days now ( ever since i downloaded the stuff).

Now, on WoW i keep on getting these horrid lag spikes. Everything is fine, a nice 100 ping and then bam. 3000+ ping and about 5 minutes later the same thing will happen. This not only makes it impossible to play the game but it also screws up my ventrillo

I wanted to wipe my entire hard rive but my brother said no. And then he told me to go to occ and find out whats wrong.

Whats wrong?

I'v ran avg free and ad aware already. Some days his internet works fine, some days its like this.
