Im running a dangerden watercooler, 2 120mm fans and 2 80mm led fans 2 cd's. and 2 harddisks....are these psu readinds anygood....its a 400w psu....

yah those show you, that you have enough power...now here is my question to you though...do ANY of those jump around alot?? now if they do then you have a shortage..

is all that hooked up to 1 ps thats a lot of stuff on one ps id think about getting another ps to use thats too much work for 1 ps.

I would try to borrow an other psu from an other computer and see if it changes anything. You can also lookup how many watts your watter cooler takes and see if you have enough left. on the amd website is a article about how much a system consumes.
I have a small power supply, but my voltages are a bit to high.... strange.
