What do you have powering your current system?
What components are you going to use in your new system?

Also "3 - Fan must be 180mm"

I can't think of a power supply off the top of my head that has a fan that large.
The largest fans in PSUs are 140mm as far as I know, so I assume you meant something else?

You will also tend to find that preferences 2 and 4 tend to be mutually exclusive (i.e. PSUs with LED fans etc. are not quiet).

For a 700 Watt Psu, I would say ABS Tagan Bz Series 700. It has modular cables, it has 1 large fan and it's on the top, it's very quiet (what I think), and it's multi led depending on what you plug in. I have this power supply

unless you have fans that are super quiet or water cooling your not going hear a well built power supply fan. also i would be looking into the 650 watts up to 850 watts if you plan on going sli or something big if not then 750 watts would still be very nice for future use. also we need to know how much you would like to spend silverstone mushkin

My default recommendation for a very quiet modular power supply tends to be the Corsair HX series.

In your case, the 520W Model will power everything you have just fine, and still allow you to add another card in SLi later if you wish (you didn't mention the motherboard you have, or even if you had one yet, but that isn't a major factor).

If you see yourself expanding to a more extreme setup, then you could go for something a bit more powerful.
However the general trend is for new components to use less power, not more (thankfully).

I second Jammin's suggestion of the Corsair HX520W. Very nice PSU, modular and quiet, so from what I can tell exactly what you're looking for smile.gif

The above recommendation fits that requirement as well, providing you are still talking about powering the same thing.
