Hey guys, I consider case modding as digital hotrodding! Kenny Howard (aka Von Dutch) 1929-1992 was considered the father of modern pinstriping. By the mid-1950s Kenny ground breaking striping style was highly sought after by hot rodders to have their cars "Dutched". Kenny's most popular image was the "flying eyeball" He also influenced the emerging custom car designer/builders George Barris and Ed "Big Daddy" Roth. Dutch's influence has pierced case mod culture as well. Mnpctech's painter, Brad Galvin pays homage to Dutch by pinstriping a new Lian Li computer case.

wow, that looks nice on that black. Almost makes it look fake.

If I hadn't seen their other thread, I'd think it was fake. The colors stand off the black SO brightly that it looks photoshopped!

Great work guys!

Very nice work wonder if you should have added a window to that case before painting it.

Windows aren't everything. If you can't get the cable management down, that can totally ruin the look of the case. I support no window here.

WOW
I agree it look surreal, it looks like a long exposure shot with the lights off when you move a little LED around...

Excellent job on the painting, the lines are very crisp and professionally done. Nice choice on the colours, they work well with that case.

Top work, mate. smile.gif
