That's what radiators are for.
The point of not using a refrigerator is to prevent condensation. If the water lines in your computer are colder than the air in the case, water will condense on them (they will "sweat"). At this point, the condensation can build up and drip. If that happens, you can fry a system. When you go with cooler-than-ambient cooling, there are new considerations that need to be figured in.

Also keep in mind that you're talking about a LOT of tube length to pull this off, which means some pretty serious pumps.

Wow, lotsa posts while I post. You do realize that for all the money you spent on this "mod setup", you could just get a window AC unit for the room and it'd probably be more effective and less work, right?
