Im looking in to buying a new power supply and need some help or an opinon on the two i am looking at as was told to come here ^-^

Don't know anything about either of those...

If you must have modular for some reason, look into the Hiper supplies. Otherwise, check out the OCZ GameXStream line or the new Corsair models.

check out the recommend PSU list thats pinned at the top of this forum.
also there is another list of PSU's according to how good the parts inside them supposedly are.

dont play with a PSU. get a good one. i cant comment on your choices, however ive never heard anyone rave about how reliable or how stable a Xion or kingwin PSU is. if your willing to pay for a good PSU, drop $45 more and get something youll never ever regret buying and will last you a billion years. http://forums.overclockersclub.com/index.php?showtopic=69770
pc-power and cooling are one of the best reputed PSU's out there. try that one or perhaps a nice solid Antec PSU.
