Hey guys I have been looking at PSUs and the only thing I have seen that has the EPS and dual 8 pin PCIE plugs along with the dual 6 pin PCIE plugs is this one. I need one that has the ESP plug for this DQ6 board and I guess I am going to get a 2900XT (it folds) which has a 6 pin and an additional 8 pin power plug. The reason I wanted to have the dual PCIE 6 and 8 pin is in case I want to go crossfire latter when I get the Gigabyte GA-P35-DQ6 which has 2 X PCIE (16 X) Any suggestions or other recommendations and is this big enough?
Thanks in advance.

Ordered the Galaxy 1000W and the 2900xt this morning.

The 850W would have been more than enough smile.gif

Well thats what I was thinking to but for a few more dollars what the heck. Future expansion. I am going to be running the water cooling system also.
jammin
Well if you are happy to spend the extra, it is a very good PSU.
Just don't go upgrading it any time soon ok smile.gif

I was thinking the same thing I should not have to upgrade for years. I hope the cables are long enough for the P180B case? I did not order any extensions.
jammin
I think the fixed cables are about 23", not sure about the modular ones, but I imagine they are similar.
I reckon you'll be fine.

I was debating on Enermax or not because I had one go out before but its on OCC recommended list and this one has the options (or plugs I need) and I have a few that have been running for years and I know there supposed to be good so yea Its on the way.

It got here and it came with this. What is it and what is it for?

Fireonice
Its to hold your extra cables of course smile.gif

Awww, I was wondering what it was for. I have not bought a PSU in a long time.
