On my Coolermaster centurion 534, I have noticed that a decent static field is forming on the case window when I am in the case. Mostly when the side is removed. I noticed that it sometimes goes away when I put the side back on, but I'm worried that when I get stuff in the case I'll just fry my stuff with static when I put the side back on. I have tried touching grounded things but that doesn't seem to work. I figured that when I put the side back on the field was dissipating but I'm afraid that it will fry my stuff in the process. Anyone know how to get around this? Is it a common problem/occurence? I know a lot of you on here have cases with windows on them and I figured some of you would have encountered this problem. Thanks in advance.
Here is the link to the case:

What do you mean by a static field? Do the hairs on your hand stand up when you put your arm close to it?
As far as the field dissipating when attached to the case, then that's a good thing. It's not going into your components, it's being grounded through the PSU. So you shouldn't really have to worry about anything.

So long as you're not touching any hardware to the panel when it's not attached, you won't damage anything. Once you attach the panel, it grounds itself to the rest of the case.

Why not just touch it against a radiator just before you put it back on?

Thanks for the help. @Kash, yeah, the hairs on my hand kinda stand up, and it kinda feels like after you've just turned of a crt tv or something. When you said the psu will ground it, does it need to be plugged in to the power outlet for that to work or not?

Take an extra precaution by getting yourself a
Anti-Static Wrist Strap. Of course you can always get one at a nearby bestbuy or even...., *cough-*cough*...Ehhh....compusa

(Be very careful saying that word around here)
