Egg shows it for $159 so lets say $140 shipped. Board saw the daylight maybe 6 hours on air (no LN2 abuse on this one) and none of the accessories has been used. It’s like new! Send me a PM if you are interested.

Shure do "Care", get them pics up smile.gif

Here is a picture of my pots that I built. I used the smaller one for LN2 and the bigger one for DICE. Below this is the setup I had for the Forum Wars:

E8600 on a Foxconn BlackOps and some OCZ FLEX II DDR3 ram.

kingdingeling
Added phil, for sucide CPU-Z verified is more than enough smile.gif I'm guessing that was DICE again? Also gotcha Compxpert. Nice pics there HITandRUN! I wanna do some LN2 stuff sometime tongue.gif

Just went for a suicide run @ 1.8V with decent cooling this time (u know the drill, window open (8°C outside), 2 large fans, push-pull on the Ninja). Still can't get past 4.005GHz sad.gif. I tried MCH @ +0.3V (max aloud), FSB @ +0.3V (also max). Them & vcore/vdimm are the only adjustable voltages. I know it isn't the mem because i've had it running 950MHz @ 5-5-5-15, 2.15V. In this run it was @ ~890MHz, 5-5-5-15, 2.15V. Maybe when I get my new mobo (DFi LP UT X48-T2R) I will be able to tweak more settings and get a little higher but for now it is 4GHz.

@King, could u enter my 4GHz Pi run for a suicide also? This is strange, i am pi stable 4GHz, 1.6V, but as soon as I go past 4GHz the sytem locks up in windows.

Sorry for the ramblings.
kingdingeling
Could be the board, the P35Cs don't quite OC as well as the regular P35s. I'll get you signed up for the suicide category.
AJW256
Was that meant to be funny? I don't even know why I chose that board, but I didn't really know much about PCs back then.
kingdingeling
Oh crap, didn't even see that, sorry!
AJW256
It's fine, genuine mistake other wise it would have been followed by: laugh.gif. Well I did better than I expected anyway, 3rd highest Q6600 suicide, 4th highest kentsfield suicide, 3rd fastest Q6600 super pi, 4th fastest kentfield super pi. I'm very impressed with myself smile.gif.
kingdingeling
Never really looked at it that way, editing all the scores in there, there's just so many, you loose track of which processor rocks where laugh.gif
AJW256
could u (or someone with the right knowledge), make a table for each category (super pi, suicide, etc.) with sortable columns? that would be great. I could do it in a windows app, but not a website. It would mak it a lot easier to see for example, the fastest suicide on air, or the highest OCCT stable OC on a conroe, etc.

TEST POST
head1col1|head2col2|head3col3
line1col1|line1col2|line1col3
line2col1|line2col2|line2col3
[Edit] Damn, it don't like no tables on this forum sad.gif That would be a major pain in the @ss to reorganize though, I would do it if I had a load of free time, but I just don't have it right now...

Yeah I did a small table for the categories in my 3DMark competition thread... I finally ended making it in Word, then taking a screenshot, pasting in Photoshop, finally uploading it here as an image.

It would definitely be great if we could make tables and graphs using coding, though. smile.gif

Yea, I wrote a PSU Guide on a German OC forum, where I know the admin of the forum pretty well. I asked him if there was a table feature, 5 mins later I had a table feature laugh.gif That's also why I tried the code just then wink.gif

Hey King, here is my FW score:

http://www.hwbot.org/compare.do?resultId=781927

You can also put it in the suicide category smile.gif

Oops! Forget that I just noticed I had already submitted it! laugh.gif

Nice entry there!!! Good job!

Very nice! Looks like my pot is working! How were the temps?
gotdamojo06
Idle they were sitting at 2 for core0 and -1 fore core1 no matter what the volts were according to RealTemp

When I put load under it with 1.8 volts, it ran up to 33°C, not bad at all

I feel very safe about the insulation, there was no frost/condensation anywhere that I could see except for on the top of the pot

seen here...

I have yet to fire her back up with air cooling to make sure everything is good, but once I do, I will be moving on to the Maximus Extreme with the E8400 to hit over 5GHz!

Thank you The Smith, I appreciate it...what were you able to get with your pot?
kingdingeling
Finally got this updated, keep those entries coming everyone wink.gif

Not farther than what I had achieved on midnight air. sad.gif
kingdingeling
About time I got this E6600 cranked up, don't you think?

She's got more in her!
kitfit1
Nice one King , now get her wacked up to 4+ghz and thrash her again
kingdingeling
Ahh just you wait Kitfit tongue.gif I'll get running again sometime these days, but right now, I'm lazy laugh.gif

It's nice and cold outside, but not cold enough. It should hit something like -6°C in the next couple of days, you'll find me in the attic then wink.gif I have to admit, I was seriously eyeing those 3000rpm 120's in the local PC shop the other day laugh.gif Benching sessions FTW!
AJW256
It was -6°C this morning in England. Nice & fresh wacko.gif. I should get some outdoor benching done while the weather is good.
kitfit1
Are you still in Malvern at the moment King ?

Yup, lucky you. I won't be able to do that anymore for the next 5 months... Today we got a snowstorm...

Nope, I'm back in Hannover smile.gif Did you live near Malvern?

LMAO, perfect weather for benching IMO! Do you have a garden shed somewhere? biggrin.gif

Stourport-On-Severn, about 15mins/20mins drive.
The Smith
Hey King, could you just also put my E7300 (4.5GHz for SuperPI) in the suicide screenshot category?

Thanks
ALBERAVONNE
this is good for me . i like that

Finally got around to putting the benchmarking HDD in the main rig to get some screen shots of my DICE action, here is a super PI w/ ram @ 1204 5-8-8-22 and E6850 @ 4515MHz

Here was a little fun with the E8600, have not had much time to play with it sad.gif

BTW, this is under water

still holdin the top 5 for suicide shots wink.gif gonna be getting a yorkie pretty soon will post up results for sure

Hoooray!! I'm an overclocker!! biggrin.gif OK heres my stuff:
E8400 Wolfdale @4203MHz, on air via the Xigmatek HDT-S1283 cooler

My best super pi 1m was 11.301 but I havent been able to recreate it so heres one thats close. Also included is OCCT 1hr stability pass screen:

Sorry its chopped, I'm using a remote login program to check the status of the OCCT run. yay me!

What exactly is a suicide screenshot, and does anyone know of a 64 bit version of super pi? super pi 32 crashes when calculating 32M digits, but I dont think its proc instability because a different pi program can calculate all 32M without a problem.
AJW256
A quick go @ sortable table including first few results for suicide screenshots: Link
I've got some improvements to do 2night wink.gif
AJW256
Some more improvements: Link
Anyone think I should carry on developing this? Maybe we could use something like this instead of the format of the first post?
philbrown23
I like that setup man
AJW256
Thanks, I'll see if I can add auto coloring like in the first post. If ppl will use it I will add all the results.

Edit: Sry, didn't realise u may not be talkin 2 me blush.gif
ebarone
I like it, especially if you can put all the different benches into the same table, it would make it a ton easier to see where I stack up (once I'm added to the list tongue.gif) among all the other clockers in different categories with just a click of the sort button biggrin.gif
AJW256
I only added a few results to test it out. Also I'll have a look @ adding all the benches. Thanks for the interest & idea smile.gif

Edit: The problem with putting all the results in one table is that not every one uses the same speed for all the diff. benches. I think it would be better to have a different table for each bench.
ebarone
OK, simplicity is always best biggrin.gif Links to other benches on each table page would be fantastic though.
AJW256
Brainwave!! Cue collapsible tables biggrin.gif Have a gander @ this: Linky
ebarone
Perfect! The numbers to the left dont line up properly though, on longer lists it might get confuddling
AJW256
Ye, I noticed that, coz the Pentium D 950 goes to a second line, not sure why. Now I can't get 2 tables to work on the same webpage sad.gif
ebarone
If I knew more HTML than what I've seen on nerdy t-shirts I'd try to help, but unfourtunately I dont sad.gif
AJW256
No worries. Sorted it now smile.gif. Added Super Pi 1M. Still only about 8 results. Link
ebarone
Looking good!
AJW256
Ye, apart from the pentium D & road-runner. I can't get nowrap to work. Anyone have any experience with this?
ebarone
I dont get why it singles out that column to skew. Is that column a seperate chart or something?
