I am looking to buy a new case and I was wondering if I could get some help. I am looking at the Thermaltake Shark and the Thermaltake Armor cases. Which one would be the better pick. Or if anyone can suggest a good case tell me.

freak, i want the Tj 07 now, that thing looks beastly.
if ur going thermaltake, i would go with the armor, b/c the front pannel wont cut off air flow, and its freakin massive! and i like it.

ya i agree, personally i would go for the armor. It looks so freaking cool and it is so freaking massive tongue.gif

what about CM Wavemaster. Thats a pretty sweet case imo.

Was my top choice, but had to get myself TT Tsunami, cause of money issues.

armour has more fans then the wavemaster, thats the reason i like it more, one 80mm exhaust just doesnt seem like enough

The Armor is massive haha. It does have good airflow too. Keep the ideas coming though. Thanks

Just make sure before you get anything to take a look at it in real life, those pics on web can be a bit misleading...

IMO TT is not the best regarding quality, but my case seems decent enough though. Hopefully those higer models you are looking at are even better quality.
However, I managed to brake the usb cover on the top of the case the first day and I don't have both hands "left" either.

of those 2 I say armor, But I say get the case I have, even though most people here hate them. They rock. Here they look better in real life than the pictures.

But dont use the PSU it comes with

I think either Claymeow or nerm showed me to my case. Its a great case, let me tell you. You can easily remove the HD cage and remove the toolless Expansion card holder. However, I didn't want to use the toolless items for my HD, so I had to make due and use only two screw to hold in my HD.

I really hate these new toolless designs. dry.gif

i like both those cases, good quality. its all up to which one you want, i myself prefer the shark tho.

And I thought I was the only one... who really switches out drives THAT much that a tool-less design is necessary? I'd rather have screws holding my hard drive than a couple of chitty plastic tabs!
Krazyxazn
tooless mgiht help if u were rewiring or taking everything out for a paint job. save time removing all the screws from hard drives n such. plus if u dont have a removeable mobo tray, screwing in the left side of the hard drive to the cage when its blocked off is pretty hard.

Take a good look biggrin.gif
